Atelier welcomes cats and dogs under 80lbs, with restrictions on aggressive breeds. Atelier’s pet fees include a monthly $50 fee and a one-time $500 fee per pet. Service dogs welcome. Please contact us for aggressive breed list and additional questions.
Our application fee is $25.
Our security deposit is equivalent to one month of rent for qualified applicants. At lease signing, the security deposit and a one-time $200 Admin Fee are due.
Parking is currently available in our underground heated parking garage for $175 per month for a single stall. Surface parking is also available in our adjacent surface lot for $150 per month.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. No utilities included.
We offer an area for bike storage in the heated underground parking garage.
No, all units at Atelier are market rate.
